This year on August 16, 17, & 18 Riverwalk Park in Chelan will showcase artists and their original works of art. The venue will be surrounded by entertainment, a children’s area and special events . The Lake Chelan Arts Council invites you to join us for the 4th Annual Fine Arts Festival.
